As a result of the site redesign, traffic on the website has increased, along with the time customers spend on the site. The number of page views has increased by over 50% and the conversion rate has expanded from 4% to 7.5%. Customers now return to the site more frequently and checkout with a higher order size.
The Hocks project team is also pleased to report the usability enhancements to the web site have resulted in a dramatic reduction in technical or web-related questions coming to Hocks' customer service department.
