After decades in the industry, Pate Peele was ready to shift his focus from manufactured housing retail to home improvement and Peele Investments, Inc. emerged. In 2002 Peele Investments, Inc. opened its first brick and mortar home improvement store designed especially for mobile homes. "I found very few websites offering our type of products, and the ones we did find were poorly designed and not very user-friendly," Pate explained.
As a result, Pate decided to "expand the operation" into the untapped e-commerce market of parts for mobile homes; MobileHomePartsStore.com was launched.
